Our program starts with dinner upon arrival and ends with breakfast on departure day.
My TCM-detox diet is all organic.
I source the fresh produce mostly from local farmers on Formentera.
My recipes are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, alkaline requirements and modern nutritional science boosted with organic superfoods.
There is no animal protein served on my retreats, all meals are gluten free, free of yeast, soy refined sugars and -salt - and full of Mediterranean aroma and lemon flavour.
The choice of vibrant organic foods ensures that your body is going through a purification process while you will not go hungry, my organic detox formula ensures proper nourishment during your stay.
Join our daily qi gong classes for more vibrant enrgy and better sleep - no experience needed!
Rent a bike, scooter or car to explore the islands spectacular beaches or simply go to Playa Migjorn which is a 12 minute walk through the pine forest from our finca.

How to get to Formentera
If you wish to join, please reserve your room and book your flight to Ibiza.
From Ibiza airport it is quick and easy to get to Formentera, take a taxi or the bus L10, which runs every 20 mins. from the airport to the port.
At the port go to “Estación Marítima Ibiza –Formentera”, which is the ferry port to Formentera and check for the most convenient ferry ticket for you there.
The ferry ride takes between 20 and 40 mins and there are 4 companies with numerous offers – there is no need to book the ticket in advance.
In Formentera rent a car, scooter or bike or get a taxi to our finca (around 15 €).
